Oundle Rovers advance to the final of the Overs 50s Cricketer Cup
Oundle Rovers Over 50s had a comprehensive win by 146 runs over Harrow Wanderers in the first semi-final of the new Over 50s Cricketer Cup. Dan Anslow with 60 and Rory Jenkins 62 top-scored for the Rovers in their mammoth 281-4 in 35 overs, with Bill Cartledge scoring 39 not out off only 15 balls at the end of the innings. Harrow Wanderers succumbed for 135, Lloyd-Jones top-scoring with 37 not out. There were three wickets each for Jules McAlpine and Stuart Morgan.
Oundle will now take on the winners of the other semi-final between Bradfield Waifs and Eton Ramblers in the final.
