Nick Pocock retires as President of the Cricketer Cup

At the AGM of the Beechbrook Capital Cricketer Cup this week, Nick Pocock (Shrewsbury Saracens) retired after four years as President of the Cricketer Cup. Tim Elliott thanked him for all his work and presented him with a bottle of Nicholson Gin amid acclamation from the assembled company. Nick will remain as a member of the Committee.

His successor as President will be Johnny Barclay (Eton Ramblers), former captain of Sussex and President of the MCC.
